Grown at an altitude of 1,500 meters in the Hehuan Mountain range, this exquisite tea is made from the Ching Xin Oolong cultivar. Harvested in both spring and winter, it undergoes a semi-fermentation process that enhances its depth and complexity. Each sip reveals a symphony of flavors—rich, mellow, and aromatic.

Ali Shan Oolong Tea
Elevation: 1000-1800 meters
Located in the deep mountainous areas of the Alishan mountain range in Chiayi County, Taiwan. The climate is cool, with morning and evening fog, and average daily sunshine is limited. The taste is sweet, smooth, and vibrant, making it Taiwan's largest volume high-mountain tea.

Dung Ding Oolong Tea
Elevation: 800-1200 meters
Located in Lugu Township, Nantou County. The area features hilly terrain with an average annual temperature of 23°C. The area receives abundant rainfall and is shrouded in mist year-round. The soil is rich in organic matter and the climate is warm and humid. The tea has a semi-oxidized taste with hints of sugarcane, a golden amber color, a strong fragrance, a full-bodied flavor, and a lingering sweet aftertaste. This tea is a distinctive variety of Taiwan.

Taiwan Old Tea
After being aged, the tea soup has transitioned from golden to a vibrant reddish-brown, even more transparent and bright than amber, with its flavor becoming increasingly profound over time. Currently, the remaining 15, 20, and 30-year-old teas have a rich, lingering aroma when brewed, and the tea soup is smooth, full-bodied, and sweet. The changes come from the passage of time, resulting in a unique flavor profile.

Dung Ding Amber Oolong Tea
Elevation: 800-1200 meters
Located in Lugu Township, Nantou County. This tea is processed through traditional roasting methods and can be divided into light, medium, and heavy roast levels. The tea is slowly roasted using longan wood charcoal, which gives it a brownish color and a rich, smooth flavor. The tea is aromatic, full-bodied, smooth, and long-lasting, with a distinctive roasted fragrance.

Location: Zhushan Township, Nantou County

Da Yeu Ling Oolong Tea
Elevation: 2200~2800 meters
Location: The border of Taichung, Hualien, and Nantou
The temperature difference between day and night is extreme. The soil has a high organic content and is enveloped in mist year-round, with snow covering it in winter. The growth of the tea is difficult, making the yield scarce, and only two harvests occur each year. The tea has a delicate fragrance, a sweet and rich taste, and a smooth, thick aftertaste with noticeable pectin and frost-like aromas. The mountain essence is deep, and the throat sensation is exceptional, making this the highest-altitude premium tea in Taiwan.

Li Shan Oolong Tea
Elevation: 1800~2400 meters
Location: From Hehuan Mountain, Cui Feng, Cui Luan, Fushou Mountain, Li Shan, to Tianfu.
This tea is grown in a cool environment, with mist swirling around throughout the year. The tea leaves are thick and fleshy, resulting in a fresh, sweet, and smooth flavor. It is considered one of the best high-altitude tea regions in Taiwan.

Location: Yuchi Township, Nantou County
This unique tea variety, known as "Ruby" or Taiwan Tea No. 18, thrives in a hot and humid climate with abundant rainfall year-round.
The tea liquor is a vibrant red and clear, with a smooth, sweet taste and a unique flavor profile. It has a natural cinnamon scent and a subtle hint of mint. The aromatic profile comes from Taiwan's wild mountain tea species, making it a rare and highly unique variety among the world's best black teas, often referred to as "the world's finest black tea.
